Rule 15.015 - FILING PROCEDURES(1) Plaintiffs must either file their claim at the Customer Service Area on the second floor at the Multnomah County Central Courthouse; or(2) If the plaintiff or the defendant resides, or the claim arose, East of 122nd Avenue extending to the North and South boundaries of Multnomah County, the claim may be filed in the East County Courthouse at 18480 SE Stark Street.Multnomah Supp. L.
