Rule 14.025 - COMPENSATION OF THE REFERENCE JUDGE(1) The reference judge shall deliver to the Presiding Judge the written statement specified in ORS 3.321(3) within 49 days of the termination of the referral of the action. The written statement or facsimile shall specify the amount to be released by the court to the reference judge.(2) The amount paid to the reference judge from the court shall not exceed the amount deposited into court.(3) If a discrepancy exists in the amount of claimed compensation, the Presiding Judge shall, upon notice from the reference judge, order the parties to deposit further funds with the court.Multnomah Supp. L.
