Where a written notice of appeal and request for a trial de novo is received by the trial court administrator within the time for filing such a notice under ORS 36.425 and if applicable, ORCP 10C, the court will, as soon as practicable, set a Trial Readiness Civil Case Management Conference in accordance with SLR 7.015. The conference will be with the Arbitration Judge. Subject to judicial availability, the expectation is that the trial date will be set no later than 30 days from the date of the conference.
