Rule 8.005 - SUBMISSION OF UTCR 8.010 DOCUMENTS FOR FILING(1) All pleadings shall specify "Subject to Mandatory Mediation" and "Subject to Mandatory Arbitration" in the case caption if appropriate.(2) Absent a showing of good cause, a party who fails to timely submit for filing all documents required by UTCR 8.010 may be deemed to have admitted values of property established by a filing party.Amended effective 2/1/2024.
