Oral objections pursuant to ORS 125.075 may be made in Room 202 of the Lincoln County Courthouse during regular office hours. The clerk of the court will provide the means for the objections to be reduced to a written statement. Upon request the clerk will assist in reducing the objections to writing. The statement must be filed with the court.
