Rule 4.011 - Pretrial Motions(1) All pre-trial motions and memoranda, including motions in limine, shall be submitted to the court and the opposing party or counsel no later than 21 days before trial. Absent good cause, motions brought to the court outside the deadlines set forth in this rule will be denied.(2) The opposing party shall file any response to a pre-trial motion within seven days.(3) Any motion to consolidate cases for trial must be filed by the Early Resolution Conference (ERC). The motion shall include the legal basis for consolidation and the position of the opposing party.Lincoln Supp. L. R. 4.011
