Rule 13.035 - Arbitration Commission(1) At the request of a judge, to render advisory opinions relating to arbitration.(2) The Arbitration Commission shall be composed of three judges, three attorneys, and as an ex officio member, the Trial Court Administrator.(3) Three members of the Commission constitute a quorum, but at least one attorney and one judge must be present.(4) A majority of the judges will appoint the members of the Commission who serve at the pleasure of the majority of the judges.Lincoln Supp. L.
