Rule 9.001 - PROBATE COMMISSIONER(1) The probate commissioner appointed by the presiding judge of this court shall assist in the administration of decedents' estates, guardianships, conservatorships, and other similar proceedings.(2) The powers of the probate commissioner are:(a) To make and enter orders on behalf of the court appointing court visitors.(b) To approve such bonds as ordered by the court.Amended effective 2/1/2024.
