Rule 7.002 - SCHEDULES OF VACATION AND OTHER UNAVAILABLE DAYS(1) Every attorney handling juvenile cases must file with the appropriate clerk written schedules of unavailable days at least ninety (90) days prior to any court day on which the attorney will not be available for trial for any reason.(2) Each police agency must file with the calendar clerk written schedules of unavailable days at least 90 days prior to any court day on which the police officer will not be available for traffic violation trials in this court for any reason.Amended effective 2/1/2024.
