Rule 13.048 - INDIGENT PARTIES(1) Indigent parties must seek waiver of the arbitrator's fee within 14 days from the date the case is transferred to arbitration. The request must be submitted by motion and order, supported by an affidavit, and must be presented to the Presiding judge for approval.(2) In the event funds are available under ORS 36.420(3) for the payment of fees that are waived, the arbitrator shall be reimbursed after completion of the arbitration, filing of the arbitration award, and submission of the form approved by the State Court Administrator for such purposes.Amended effective 2/1/2024.
