(1) Criminal, civil and domestic relations trials scheduled to be held at the main courthouse shall attend docket call at the main courthouse at 8:15 a.m. on the Wednesday before the scheduled trial. There is no docket call for domestic relations cases scheduled to be held at the Family Court facility. (a) Attorneys of record and unrepresented parties in any case shall appear in person for docket call. Attorneys may appear by WebEx if arrangements are made with the docket clerk prior to docket call.(b) Defendants in criminal matters that are out of custody shall appear in person at docket call unless the court authorizes a waiver of appearance in advance. (c) In custody defendants will not be required to appear for docket call.
