Rule 12.061 - APPOINTMENT OF MEDIATION PANEL(1) To apply for inclusion on the Josephine County panel of mediators, a person must submit a letter with the court outlining mediation training and other qualifications.(2) The Trial Court Administrator shall review each letter and make a recommendation to the presiding judge.(3) The decision as to whether an individual is qualified to be on the panel of mediators and the number of mediators which comprises the panel shall be made by the presiding judge.Josephine Supp. L.
