Rule 7.015 - Appearance at Criminal Case Pretrial Conference; Postponements(1) All parties and counsel of record shall appear at the pretrial conference for the purpose of setting a date certain for trial, except as provided in SLR 7.016. (2) The trial date and status check conference will be scheduled for in-custody defendants within 60 days of arraignment unless speedy trial is waived or provisions of ORS 136.295 apply and for out-of-custody defendants within 70-90 days of the pretrial conference unless special circumstances exist. (3) The pretrial conference will not be postponed for failure to confer as required by SLR 7.014(2) or for other reasons.Jackson Supp. L. R. 7.015
