Rule 5.101 - Submission of Orders and Judgments Following a Trial or Hearing.(1) Attorneys who are directed by the court to prepare and submit orders or judgments following a court proceeding shall use reasonable diligence in doing so within twenty-eight (28) days of the date they are instructed to do so.(2) An attorney who wishes to object to the form or content of a proposed order or judgment shall have ten (10) days from receipt of the proposed order or judgment in which to file written objections.(3) An attorney objecting to the form or content of a proposed order or judgment is required to make a good faith effort to confer with the attorney who prepared the order or judgment before filing objections thereto.Jackson Supp. L.
