Rule 13.022 - Referral to Arbitration(1) Upon appearance of the parties and determination that the case is at issue, the court clerk will notify the parties of the SLR 12.002 and 13.021 requiring participation in an ADR program. (2) Unless one of the parties requests mediation, the case shall be assigned to arbitration pursuant to SLR 12.008. (3) All cases assigned to arbitration shall be subject to this chapter of the Supplementary Local Rules.Jackson Supp. L. R. 13.022
