The parties may request exemption from Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) requirements by filing an affidavit or declaration within 14 days of receipt of the notice of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) requirements wherein the parties state they have attempted to settle all issues in dispute by participating in mediation prior to filing the case.
