Rule 4.081 - APPEARANCE BY SIMULTANEOUS ELECTRONIC TRANSMISSION IN CRIMINAL CASES - COMPLIANCE WITH UT 4.080

An in-custody defendant may appear by simultaneous electronic transmission pursuant to UTCR 4.080 at the following hearings:

(1) Arraignment
(2) Release
(3) Probation Violation
(4) Plea on a misdemeanor
(5) Sentencing
