Rule 8.041 - PREJUDGMENT RELIEF UNDER ORS 107.095(1)(1) A party presenting an ex parte matter must serve notice of the presentation on all opposing counsel of record or parties that have appeared pro se.(2) A Uniform Support Declaration in the form specified at www.courts.oregon.gov/forms shall be filed contemporaneously with an affidavit filed in support of any motion for temporary support. A party opposing the motion shall also file a Uniform Support Declaration in the form specified at www.courts.oregon.gov/forms contemporaneously with an affidavit filed in opposition to any motion for temporary support.Deschutes Supp. L.
