Rule 13.055 - Referring Cases to ArbitrationCases subject to arbitration will be referred to arbitration as follows:
(1) Within 30 days when the case is at issue unless otherwise ordered by the Presiding Judge; or(2) At any time as specifically directed by the judge to whom the case is assigned, or by the Presiding Judge.(3) An arbitrator may make written application to the Presiding Judge to have a referred case removed from arbitration under ORS 36.405(2)(b). A copy of the written request must be served upon the parties.Amended effective 2/1/2024.
