Waiver and deferral requests for all civil court fees and costs may be submitted in person or electronically through the court's eFiling system. In-person requests shall be submitted to the Collections Unit or the Civil Unit, 807 Main Street, Room 104, Oregon City, Oregon 97045. All requests shall be submitted by 11:30 A.M. on the day of filing for the request to be decided on the same day.
