Rule 8.051 - MOTIONS TO MODIFY EXISTING ORDERS OR JUDGMENTS(1) Modifications to existing orders or judgments have the same requirements for mediation as set forth in SLR 12.005.(2) The show cause order will require the opposing party to appear in person or file a written response within thirty (30) days from the date the order is served.Amended effective 2/1/2024.
