Section 14 - Resolution of Conflicts between Statutes and Procedural Rules or Administrative Rules14.1 Within 60 days after the end of each session of the Legislative Assembly each standing committee in 8 will review any new statutes to determine whether:(a) new rules or orders or amendments to rules or orders are required pursuant to or for implementation of statutes;(b) new rules or orders or amendments to rules or orders are desirable to conform the rules or orders to the statutes; and(c) the present rules or rule-making authority supersede the statutes.14.2 The committees shall report their findings and make appropriate recommendations to the Supreme Court.Amended effective 1/1/2001.
