Rule 12 - Answer

Within 20 days after service of formal charges , the judge shall file with the chair of thehearing panel a written answer and serve a copy on disciplinary counsel . The notice of formal proceedings and answer constitute the pleadings and no further pleadings may be filed, except amendments, and no motion challenging the adequacy of the pleadings is allowed. The raising of a mental or physical condition as a defense constitutes a waiver of medical privilege under Rule 25D(4).
