Rule XII - APPEAL REFUSAL OF PISTOL PERMIT
12.1GENERAL PROVISIONS: Parties may appeal the decision of the Sheriff to deny a pistol permit by filing the Petition to Appeal Refusal of Pistol Permit form (8-A Petition to Appeal Refusal of Pistol Permit) in the appropriate county. A hearing date will be set by the Trial Court Coordinator and the parties notified of the hearing date.
