Rule VII - CONFLICTS

7.1RESOLUTION OF CONFLICTS: For purposes of resolving appearance conflicts, the following schedule of court attendance priority shall be followed by attorneys appearing in the Courts of Judicial District 8A. If a case is started in a Court with lower priority, and counsel is unexpectedly required to appear in a higher priority Court, the already begun trial takes precedence until its termination.

6. Federal Court, Bankruptcy Division

7. Industrial Commission Hearings
