Rule I - PURPOSE

1.1STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The purpose of these Local Rules and Procedures ("Local Rules") is to provide for the orderly, just and prompt disposition of civil matters to be heard in the Superior Court. They shall be at all times construed and enforced in such a manner as to avoid technical delay. The Trial Court Coordinator, under the supervision of the Senior Resident Superior Court Judge, shall be responsible for the administration of these Rules.
