N.C.G.S. 15A-534(c) Factors to Consider When Setting Condition of Release
(1) the nature and circumstances of the offense charged,
(2) the weight of the evidence,
(3) the defendant's family ties,
(4) employment,
(5) financial resources,
(6) character,
(7) mental condition,
(8) length of residence in the community,
(9) record of convictions,
(10) history of flight to avoid prosecution, or failure to appear at court proceedings, and
(11) any other evidence relevant to the issue of pretrial release.
