If a party moves for an Interim Distribution pursuant to NCGS 50.20(il), the party shall contact the Civil Court Coordinator who will schedule an Interim Distribution hearing before the assigned Judge within thirty (30) days of the filing of the complaint or motion. The temporary hearing may be heard before the answer or responsive pleading is filed.
