Rule 12.4 - Scheduling of Arbitration Hearing

Within sixty days of the last responsive pleading or within sixty days after service and no answer has been filed an arbitration hearing shall be conducted in accordance with the Supreme Court rules. At least ten (10) days before the date set for the hearing, the parties shall exchange:

(1) lists of witnesses they expect to testify;

(2) copies of documents or exhibits they expect to offer into evidence; and

(3) a brief statement of issues and their contentions. Form AOC-CV-801 will be used to notice hearing.
