ANNOTATIONS The 2014 amendment, approved by Supreme Court Order No. 14-8300-009, effective December 31, 2014, deleted the former caption of the case and added the current caption; and in the first sentence after the first paragraph, changed "Rule 10-104" to "Rule 10-103 NMRA".
