N.H. Pil. R. Cir. Ct. Elect. Fil'g Preamble
Pursuant to the authority conferred by Part II, Article 73-a of the New Hampshire Constitution, the Supreme Court of New Hampshire hereby adopts on a temporary basis the attached Supplemental Rules of the Circuit Court for Electronic Filing. These rules shall take effect in a particular circuit court location as of the date set forth in an administrative order by the administrative judge of the circuit court implementing e-filing in specific case types in the circuit court in particular locations, and shall apply to those actions in those locations. For a list of the locations and case types in which electronic filing will be, or has been, implemented and a link to the relevant orders see http://www.courts.state.nh.us/circuitcourt/efilingcourts.htm.
NOTE: The rules as published herein are subject to revisions promulgated from time to time by the New Hampshire Supreme Court and published in the New Hampshire Bar News. See Supreme Court Rules 1 and 51.
