Rule 50 - Filings that may be rejected

The court may reject filings that:

(a) Do not include the appropriate filing fee;

(b) Do not contain original signatures where required;

(c) Are writs or other documents that include incorrect calculations;

(d) Are obviously filed in the wrong jurisdiction.
