A completed fee information sheet shall be filed and the current statutory fee payable to the county clerk shall be paid upon the filing of any motion or other paper that seeks to reopen a case; modify or adjust a final order that was issued pursuant to NRS Chapters 125, 125B, or 125C; or file an answer or response to such a motion or other paper. No such fee or information sheet is required for motions for reconsideration or for a new trial or motions filed solely to adjust the amount of child support in a final order.
