Rule 1.46 - Juvenile hearing masters

NRS Chapter 62B provides that masters of the juvenile court may be appointed to hear such cases as are assigned by the juvenile court judge. The masters of the juvenile court have the powers, duties, and responsibilities as set forth in NRS Chapter 62B.
