Rule 4 - Implementation of an EFS, a Conversion System, or Both(a) Unless otherwise exempted, the following individuals or entities shall electronically hie all case related documents: (1) Licensed Nevada attorneys;(2) Non-Nevada attorneys permitted to practice in Nevada under Supreme Court Rule (SCR) 42; and(3) Interested parties required to register under Rule 5(a)(4)-(9).(b) Self-represented litigants who are not attorneys may elect to file electronically. Unless otherwise exempted by court order, once a self-represented litigant elects to file electronically and serve documents through the EFS, the litigant must continue to do so for the life of the case.Nev.
