The purpose of this policy is to set forth the method to access electronic court records and information, which shall be allowed only by means of Public Access through JUSTICE or SCCALES, Remote Access through the court-authorized service provider, and Compiled Information Requests through the Administrative Office of the Courts, as set forth below.
