Rule 5.20 - Reciprocal Discipline For Misconduct(a) Upon being disciplined by another jurisdiction, a lawyer licensed to practice in this jurisdiction shall within 10 days thereafter inform the Chief Disciplinary Counsel.(b) Upon the filing of an information directly in this Court by the Chief Disciplinary Counsel that a lawyer licensed to practice in Missouri has been adjudged guilty of professional misconduct in another jurisdiction, this Court shall cause to be served on the lawyer an order to show cause why said adjudication should not be conclusive of said misconduct for the purpose of discipline by this Court.(c) A lawyer suspended or disbarred pursuant to this Rule 5.20 shall comply with Rule 5.27.Mo. R. Gov. Bar Jud. 5.20
