Rule 37.10 - Courts Always Open - Motions, Applications Grantable by Clerk(a) Court Always Open for Certain Purposes. The court shall be deemed always open for the purpose of filing proper papers, the issuance and return of process, and for the making of motions, applications and orders.(b) Motions and Proceedings Grantable by Clerk. All motions and applications filed in the clerks office for issuing process, for issuing final process to enforce judgments and for other proceedings that do not require an order of the court are grantable by the clerk; but such action by the clerk may be suspended, altered or rescinded by the judge upon cause shown.Mo.
