Rule XVI - IMMUNITY FROM CIVIL SUIT(A) All complaints filed, statements made, documents, or other tangible things produced pursuant hereto shall be absolutely privileged, and no civil suit predicated therein may be instituted, and each person, firm, association, or legal entity filing such a complaint shall be immune from any civil suit pending thereon.(B) The members of the Board and all their assistants, staff, employees, and receivers shall be immune from civil suit for any conduct arising out of the performance of their official duties. Every person shall be immune from civil suit for all evidence or testimony given or submitted in the course of any investigation, investigatory hearing, formal hearing, or review proceedings held and conducted under these rules.R. & Regul.
