Rule 5 - Pretrial Conferences and Pretrial Orders(a) Cases in which Conference to Be Held; Scheduling. A pretrial conference may be held in all civil actions pursuant to the scheduling orders. (b) Whenever possible, pretrial conferences shall be separately scheduled at a date, place and hour and for such period of time as the subject matter of the particular case may require, but in all events, pretrial conferences shall be scheduled in such manner as not to cause undue or inordinate inconvenience to opposing counsel.
