Rule 5 - Pretrial Conferences and Pretrial Orders(a) Cases In which Conference to Be Held; Scheduling. A pretrial conference may be held in all civil actions pursuant to a calendar periodically prepared by the Court Administrator's Office at the direction of the Court Administrator or the Judge and furnished by mail to counsel for all parties. (b) Whenever possible, pretrial conferences shall be separately scheduled at a date, place and hour and for such period of time as the subject matter of the particular case may 4 require, but in all events, pretrial conferences shall be scheduled in such manner as not to cause undue or inordinate inconvenience to counsel scheduled for pretrial conferences in other cases.
