(a) All discovery must be completed within ninety (90) days from service of an answer by the applicable defendant. However, additional discovezy time may be granted by the Court upon a showing of good cause.(b) Any motion to compel filed by a party must be preceded by a good faith letter or communication sent to opposing counsel or self-represented litigant that seeks to resolve the discovezy dispute. A certificate evidencing that such letter or communication was sent must be filed prior to the Court hearing the motion. (c) Expert witnesses must be designated at least sixty (60) days prior to the trial date.Miss. L. Chanc. Ct. R. 12
