(a) All discovery must be completed within ninety (90) days from service of an answer by the applicable defendant. However, additional discovezy time may be granted by the Court upon a showing of good cause.(b) Any motion to compel filed by a party must be preceded by a good faith letter or communication sent to opposing counsel or self-represented litigant that seeks to resolve the discovezy dispute. A certificate evidencing that such letter or communication was sent must be filed prior to the Court hearing the motion.
