Rule 19.03 - Content of Settlement AgreementAny settlement agreement shall include information that identifies:
(a) the parties to the agreement;(b) the attorneys for the parties, if any;(c) the judicial officer receiving the settlement;(d) the date, time, and place the settlement was reached;(e) any and all necessary statutory grounds and factual allegations to support the settlement agreement; and(f) notarized signatures of all parties to the settlement.Amended effective 7/1/2015.
