2016 Orders
The December 13, 2016, order removed the requirement in appeals from courts exercising juvenile jurisdiction that the proceeding be styled using the child's first name and the initial of the child's last name; substituted the requirement that the proceeding be styled using the initials of the child's first and last names; and added a requirement that only the initials of the name of a child, parent, or guardian be used in certain documents pertaining to the appeal.
