Rule 6-463 - Appeals

An appeal from a judgment of the court may be taken (a) to the Appellate Court of Maryland pursuant to Code, Courts Article, § 12-501, or (b) except in Harford , Howard, and Montgomery Counties, to the circuit court for the county pursuant to Code, Courts Article, § 12-502 and Title 7, Chapter 500 of these Rules.
