Rule 6-313 - Consent to Appointment of Personal Representative

A consent to the appointment of another person as personal representative shall be in the following form:

2015 Orders

The September 17, 2015, order, added the word "I in two places in the consent form, deleted the word "and from the consent form, added lines to the form for an attorney's facsimile number and e-mail address, and added language indicating whether there is consent to waiver of the bond for the personal representative.
