all of its officers, agents and employees, and any and all other persons from any and all tort claims which I may have for wrongful conduct by reason of my arrest, detention, or confinement on or about _____________________________.

This General Waiver and Release is conditioned on the expungement of the record of my arrest, detention, or confinement and compliance with Code, Criminal Procedure Article, § 10-105, as applicable, and shall be void if these conditions are not met.

2002 Orders

The January 8, 2002, order, in the second paragraph of the form, substituted "Criminal Procedure Article, § 10-103(c) or § 10-105 for "Article 27, § 736(c), or § 737.

2007 Orders

The December 4, 2007, order, in the second paragraph of the form, deleted a reference to Criminal Procedure Article, § 10-103(c).
