Rule 2-622 - Transmittal to Another Court(a) Original Judgment. Upon request of a person holding a judgment, the clerk shall provide that person with a certified copy of the judgment or shall transmit a certified copy to the clerk of another circuit court of this State and shall maintain a record of the transmittal.(b) When Judgment Vacated, Modified, or Satisfied. When a judgment is vacated, modified, or satisfied, the clerk shall transmit a certified notice of that action to each clerk to whom a certified copy of the judgment was transmitted pursuant to section (a) of this Rule or from whom a notice of recording of the judgment has been received pursuant to Rule 2-623.
