Rule 18-501 - Scope of Chapter

The Rules in this Chapter apply to:

(a) judges of the District Court, a circuit court, the Court of Special Appeals, and the Court of Appeals; and

(b) senior judges.

2017 Orders

The June 20, 2017 order, changed a certain reference from retired judges approved for recall to senior judges.
