In this Chapter, the termsmineral,mineral interest,severed mineral interest,surface estate,surface owner, andunknown or missing owner have the meanings set forth in Code, Environment Article, § 15-1201. Adormant mineral interest is a mineral interest that satisfies the criteria set forth in Code, Environment Article, § 15-1203(a)(2).
